I am pleased to offer this online training to those interested.
In my training, a restorative justice project in the penal system is presented, which can rightly be called a "flagship project". Based on the concept of "person-oriented work in the penal system" (BoAS), a group dialogue was successfully carried out between prisoners and those affected by crimes (not one and the same crime). In addition to the concept of restorative justice and reparation, the idea of rehabilitation and resocialization was also implemented. Based on the individual project steps at an organizational and content level, the benefits for all those involved as well as the success and failure factors of the restorative justice process are presented and discussed.
